We can’t wait for your Chamego order to reach you. Here’s what to expect once you check out.

U.S. shipping

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare and ship your order. Once it ships, standard delivery may take up to 7 additional business days. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping costs and any available delivery options will be shown at checkout before you place your order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or your location.

Order confirmation and tracking

You’ll receive an order confirmation after checkout and a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order is on its way. Tracking may take a little time to update after the carrier receives your package.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us at  customercare@chamegobrazil.com as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll do our best to help before your order ships, but we can’t guarantee changes once processing has begun. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us so we can discuss your options.

If your order is delayed

If we’re unable to ship your order within the stated processing time, we’ll contact you with an updated shipping date and give you the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund. If we cannot fulfill your order, we’ll cancel it and issue a refund.

Missing or damaged packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package, please check around the delivery location and with anyone who may have accepted it. If it’s still missing, contact us at customercare@chamegobrazil.com with your order number and we’ll help look into it.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at  customercare@chamegobrazil.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
